What it does
Invitations made by the employee
Whoever is receiving the visit registers it before it arrives. The visitor gets a pass with a QR code and a six-character entry code.
Entry by QR or by code
Reception scans the QR or types the code. A visitor without a phone gives the code and gets in all the same.
Walk-ins, approved by the host
When somebody arrives uninvited, reception records them and the employee accepts or refuses on their phone before the visitor goes in.
Who is inside, right now
A list of the people in the building at this moment, with the time they came in. It is the list read out in an evacuation.
An exportable visitor book
Every office’s entries and exits, as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet.
A badge printed at reception
A badge with the visitor’s name, who they are seeing and the date, printed on the reception printer.
What it is not
- It is not physical access control: it opens no doors or turnstiles.
- It does not replace building security — it gives it the record it did not have.
- It is not Strata for condominiums: there are no fees, units or general meetings.

- Each office includes 2 reception accounts. Each extra account costs 5.000 Kz per cycle.
- Employees who invite visitors do not pay.
- Prices exclude VAT (14%).
